Exercise/Warm up.
Sit in a comfortable position but don’t lean on the chair. (No Lotus Position)
Straighten your spine and relax your shoulder.
Put your tongue on your palate.
Breath from the abdomen to get full benefit.
Follow the Guided Meditation or the Facilitator mentally.
After meditation, massage your head, neck, body, arms, legs and exercise again.

We started this service Mar 23, 2020 when the COVID lockdown was imposed. We promised ourselves to do this every day until we pass this pandemic together. After 404 days of this daily practice, we decided to offer it 3X a week, (M-W-F).
