In this class, students can learn the basics of essential oils. The do’s and don’ts, the what, when and how to apply your essential oils.

• Topical Application

• Aroma Therapy

• Carrier Oils

This class is both theoretical and practical. Students will practice applying essential oils on each other, so please let the facilitator know in advance if you have any concerns (allergies) that prevents you from participating in this activity.

• Limited seating so book early

• To get in, DIAL 212 in the intercom, take elevator to 2nd floor.

• Wear Loose Tops. Essential oils will be applied on your back
